Job description

  • Leading the design and development of complex mobile features in our React Native app
  • Taking technical ownership of solutions, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability
  • Championing engineering best practices across code quality, testing, accessibility and security
  • Guiding architecture and design decisions within your squad
  • Writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Maestro)
  • Collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver seamless app experiences
  • Proactively identifying risks and supporting smooth, predictable delivery
  • Mentoring and coaching developers, fostering capability and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Strong experience building React Native apps (TypeScript, Redux, RTK Query, Navigation, Firebase)
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture (state management, APIs, performance, lifecycle)
  • Experience with testing frameworks and end-to-end testing
  • A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions
  • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional Agile teams
  • Commitment to accessible, inclusive mobile experiences

Nice to have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure)
  • Knowledge of native iOS/Android technologies (Swift, Kotlin etc.), If you're a senior engineer who thrives on ownership, enjoys mentoring others and loves building high-quality mobile experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
