Job description
- Designing, building and optimising modern web applications using React, TypeScript & Next.js
- Delivering high-quality, accessible UI experiences that delight our customers
- Owning frontend performance and continuously improving speed and reliability
- Writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright)
- Collaborating closely with Product, Design and Backend teams to deliver seamless features
- Contributing to API design and integration strategies
- Taking part in code reviews, driving quality and shared best practice
- Proactively identifying risks and supporting smooth delivery within Agile squads, * Work on products that genuinely improve pet care at scale

Requirements
- Experience in frontend development
- Strong skills in TypeScript, React and Next.js
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture (SSR, SSG, routing, performance)
- Experience with testing frameworks and end-to-end testing tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control and best engineering practices
- A passion for accessible, inclusive design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Storybook, Figma and reusable component design (Atomic Design)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) or Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration
