Job description

  • :Implement, configure, and support ERP solutions for clients
  • .Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend ERP best practices
  • .Conduct end-user training and assist during go-live
  • .Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations
  • .Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reporting
  • .Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing client support

Requirements

  • :3+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or support experience
  • .Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Financial processes
  • .Experience with ERP reporting, testing, and user training
  • .Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
  • .Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
