Job description

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support enterprise technology projects in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward., * Support Project Managers on multiple technology projects.

  • Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and communications.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, action items, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist with gathering requirements and project readiness activities.
  • Support change management, user communications, and training efforts.
  • Work with technical and business teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Assist with resource planning and project reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects or PMO initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination and project lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Experience creating project schedules, status reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams., * Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, ERP, application, or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience working in a PMO environment.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Exposure to change management and user adoption initiatives., * Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems independently.
  • Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
