Software Development/Client Systems Manager | Financial Services | $200,000-$220,000 base w/ total comp $360k+ | Hybrid, Boston, A leading global investment manager is hiring a Software Development/Client Systems Manager to own and evolve its client-facing technology ecosystem, supporting sales, marketing, and client engagement., * Own Salesforce CRM and Seismic platforms
- Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to drive distribution and productivity
- Lead a team of ~10 (engineering, QA, CRM, ops)
- Oversee client portals, reporting systems, and marketing tech
- Drive innovation across automation and AI-enabled workflows
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce ownership experience (essential)
- Exposure to Seismic or similar sales enablement tools
- Background in financial services (asset/wealth management preferred)
