Requirements

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive operational efficiency. If you are a local expert ready to build innovative technical workflows and mentor growing talent, we want to hear from you!, Candidates must have 6+ years of hands-on experience with:

  • Platform Expertise: Advanced ServiceNow development, configuration, and system design.
  • Core Scripting: Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
  • Integrations: Deep experience with API Integration (REST / SOAP web services).
  • ITSM & ITOM: Process optimization, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
  • Specific Modules: Proven hands-on delivery in ITSM, CSM (PSDS), HAM, and FSM.
  • Methodology: Working comfortably within Agile / Scrum teams., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
