Job description
Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer & Journey Management Specialist to drive enterprise-wide adoption of JourneyTrack, Journey Management practices, and CX data-driven workflows. This role combines UX Design, Service Design, Journey Mapping, User Research, and Change Management to deliver impactful customer and associate experiences., * Lead Journey Management workshops and service design initiatives
- Drive JourneyTrack adoption and organizational change management efforts
- Create journey templates, guides, and scalable UX assets
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
- Translate research insights into product strategies and user stories
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI experiences
- Partner with CX, XM, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate journey intelligence into business workflows
- Explore AI-driven solutions to enhance journey management processes
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX Design, Service Design, or Customer Experience (CX) experience
- 2-4+ years of Journey Management / Customer Journey Mapping experience
- Experience with JourneyTrack or similar journey management platforms
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience
- Proven change management and software adoption experience
- Expertise in User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design
- Experience conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field research
- Strong wireframing, prototyping, and workflow design experience
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Technical Skills
- OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, UXPin, Visio, or similar UX tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Wireframing, Mockups, Prototyping
- Data Visualization & Customer Journey Mapping
- Usability Heuristics & User Testing, * Enterprise-scale UX/CX environments
- Customer Experience (CX) analytics and journey intelligence programs
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
