Job description
This is a full time, on-site role for an ERP & IT Systems Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day NetSuite support such as user access, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as building and maintaining Celigo integrations that connect Shopify POS, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. The Specialist will also deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for retail store and corporate office technology, assist with new store openings and system rollouts, and document configurations and workflows. Working closely with internal teams and both local and Globla HQ IT members in Korea, the Specialist will help ensure data integrity, system reliability, and security while supporting ongoing projects and company growth., ERP, Systems & Integrations:
- Provide day-to-day NetSuite support, including user access management, configuration updates, and troubleshooting errors.
- Help support our overall systems architecture, ensuring connected platforms work together reliably and on a scale with the business.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Celigo integrations supporting Shopify POS (US/Canada), TikTok Shop, and other connected platforms.
- Support troubleshooting across integrated systems to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and security.
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and new technology rollouts including testing, API adjustments, user training, and documentation.
- Document system configurations, integration workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
IT Support:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for retail store technology, including Shopify POS devices, receipt printers, scanners, security cameras, media players, and store networking.
- Deliver technical support for corporate office equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and Wi-Fi/network connectivity.
- Support new store openings with on-site IT setup, device deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, replacements, and technical support.
- Analyze IT issues and escalate high-impact problems to the IT Systems Manager as needed.
- Manage store Apple devices through Apple Business Manager (ABM).
Collaboration & Operations:
- Partner with internal departments to resolve technical issues and support business operations.
- Assist with tracking IT-related expenses, vendor costs, and operational budgets.
- Collaborate with local and Global HQ IT team members in Korea to support ongoing projects and company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting an ERP platform.
- Experience with system integrations and APIs (Celigo or similar middleware a plus).
- Comfort troubleshooting hardware and retail/POS technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Excel).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter who adapts well to a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to learn new technologies., * Experience working in the retail or ecommerce industry.
- Familiarity with system integrations.
- Experience supporting multi-system environments and API integrations.
