We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment"., We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sr Business Intelligence Analyst to support media performance optimization and strategic insights. This individual contributor role partners closely with campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional teams to transform complex advertising data into actionable recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness, ROI, and revenue growth. Candidate will leverage advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, and digital advertising expertise to identify optimization opportunities, deliver compelling insights, and support data-driven decision-making across media programs., * Analyze multi-channel media campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Monitor and evaluate key advertising metrics across Meta, Microsoft/Bing Ads, DV360, and other digital media platforms.
- Utilize advanced SQL and Snowflake capabilities to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Design and execute complex analyses to uncover actionable insights from campaign, audience, and performance data.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Create automated reporting solutions that provide visibility into campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Deliver program recaps, performance summaries, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Advertising Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Expert-level SQL skills with hands-on experience using Snowflake.
- Strong experience analyzing performance across digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and DV360.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI.
