Job description
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build and operate scalable cloud-native platforms that improve developer productivity, automate infrastructure, and ensure reliability, security, and compliance across enterprise applications., * Design and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
- Build CI/CD, GitOps, and automation solutions.
- Develop self-service platform capabilities and developer tooling.
- Improve platform reliability, observability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Implement security controls, compliance automation, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, security, and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
AWS (EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC), Terraform, Crossplane, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Backstage, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Istio, Vault, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related cloud-native technologies.
