Systems/Cyber Engineer

• Generate cyber security requirements, models, and procedures.
• Create and manage engineering reports.
• Perform verification and performance metric testing.
• Support the installation and integration of systems within a lab environment.
• Work effectively within a team structure.

Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance as a condition or continuation of employment.

Education: Pursuing an 8-year engineering degree from an accredited institution in a field such as Computer Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Skills:

• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cyber security requirements and capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Developed written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the use or working knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows Server, and Python.
• Prior coursework in Cyber Security, such as Security Fundamentals, Networking, Network Security, OS Security, or Forensic Security.
• Security+ certification.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $50.00/hr to $60.00/hr. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the role.
