You will architect robust agent pipelines, integrate them with enterprise systems, and ensure they operate reliably and securely in production. As the primary specialist for agentic AI on the team, you will own solutions from rapid prototyping through pilot and full-scale deployment, collaborating closely with process owners and domain experts to deliver trusted, high-impact outcomes., * Design, build, and deploy end-to-end, multi-step agentic AI systems that replace or reimagine existing business workflows.
- Architect agent pipelines using tool calling, memory, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration patterns that match workflow risk and complexity.
- Implement human-in-the-loop and escalation mechanisms for high-risk or low-confidence decisions to ensure safe and responsible automation.
- Integrate agentic systems with enterprise data sources, internal APIs, and third-party tools in alignment with security and data governance policies.
- Ensure strong data grounding, high output quality, reliability, and graceful failure behavior in production AI systems.
- Select appropriate Generative AI frameworks and manage large language model integrations, including prompts, model versions, and configuration.
- Own delivery of AI solutions end to end, from rapid prototyping through pilot phases and into production deployment and operationalization.
- Deploy and operate LLM and agent workflows in production, including monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with process owners, domain experts, and governance partners to design solutions that are trusted, usable, and aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to establishing best practices for agentic AI within the team, including patterns for orchestration, evaluation, and risk management., You will work within a product-focused team environment that is building and scaling innovative AI solutions. This role serves as the first dedicated agentic AI specialist on the team, giving you the opportunity to shape patterns, standards, and best practices from the ground up. The environment leverages Azure-based cloud technologies, including Azure AI Foundry and Databricks, as well as modern AI and software engineering tools to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. The position involves close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders and emphasizes secure, governed use of enterprise data and APIs in production AI systems., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. AI helps assess applications and qualifications, but final decisions are made by our hiring team. By applying, you acknowledge and agree that your application may be reviewed using AI tools.
