Lead Power Platform Developer / Microsoft Copilot Studio Technical Lead

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
• Develop conversational AI applications and intelligent automation workflows.
• Build and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Develop scalable Canvas Apps and enterprise workflow automations.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions and integrations.
• Create PowerShell automation scripts and Azure Functions.
• Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and best practices guidance.

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer / Microsoft Copilot Studio Technical Lead with 12-15 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure-based automation solutions.

This is a technical leadership role requiring hands-on development, architecture guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and the implementation of scalable AI-powered business solutions.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Power Platform
