Operations, Leadership ServiceNow Communication Microsoft 365 Problem Solving Customer Service Help Desk Support Business Valuation Microsoft Windows 10 Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Tier 1 Technical Support Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), TEKsystems is looking for a motivated Tier 1 Help Desk Support Technician to join a dynamic IT team supporting end users in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and support of user devices and equipment
- Support basic telephony systems (VoIP - Teams/Cisco is a plus)
- Document incidents and resolutions within ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective problem resolution

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Tier 1 or Help Desk support role
- Working knowledge of:
- Windows 10 & 11
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage effectively with users
Nice to Have
- Experience with VoIP systems (Teams or Cisco)
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
