Job description

This is a rare setup. There are no external investors or customers to answer to. The products you build are used internally, by the people who understand them best. That means your work has a direct line to the company's growth, and you feel it.

Right now the firm is modernizing its trading and research platform to scale an alpha trading business. You are building the infrastructure that lets researchers explore, test, and deploy sophisticated signals, models, and strategies across asset classes. Develop, sustain, and support one of the leading global trading platforms with low-latency C/C++ systems for high-frequency trading (HFT), while consistently enhancing its performance, functionality, and stability. The performance bar is high, and that is exactly what makes it interesting.

You own the platform that makes all of this possible. You build it, maintain it, and support it. When something needs improving, you improve it. When researchers need something new, you deliver it. The work is technical, fast-moving, and genuinely consequential.

Requirements

You are comfortable in C++ and have spent meaningful time developing HFT platforms and trading systems. You know how to manage several things at once without dropping the ball, and you thrive when the pace picks up rather than slowing you down.

Benefits & conditions

The package reflects the seriousness of the role. You get up to $250,000, 25 days paid time off, performance-based bonus opportunities, a fully equipped workstation with high-quality hardware, and a modern office where lunch is taken care of, and much more!

Ready to work on a platform that actually matters to the people building it? Get in touch.
