Job description
We are seeking a versatile and technically driven Salesforce Full Stack Developer. This role spans the full delivery spectrum, from front-end experiences to back-end customization, enterprise integration engineering, data modeling, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce platform expertise, hands-on Atlassian on-premises to cloud migration experience, and embraces Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily engineering workflow., * Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and LWC components.
- Build responsive and performant front-end experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom CSS frameworks.
- Develop scalable and well-documented back-end logic including Apex frameworks, invocable methods, platform events, and asynchronous processing patterns.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems such as MuleSoft, SAP, and legacy platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Design and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce data models, including custom objects, complex relationships, and schema governance.
- Lead and contribute to data migration efforts from legacy platforms, including ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, and data validation.
- Lead and support Atlassian on-premises to cloud migration efforts, including Jira and Confluence, covering discovery, data extraction, and cutover planning.
- Leverage Agentic AI platforms for accelerated code generation, LWC component scaffolding, data transformation scripting, and test automation.
- Develop solutions adhering to Salesforce platform governance standards, including permission sets, profiles, and field-level security.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead, Architect, and Product Owner to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality work items on time.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated full stack ownership of complex, production-grade solutions. This includes hands-on experience with Atlassian on-premises to cloud migration.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL. Proven front-end development proficiency including LWC, JavaScript, and CSS. Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Demonstrated experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data migration. Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools is required. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required., * Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms.
- Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, SAP, or enterprise content management systems.
- Experience with Atlassian cloud administration and post-migration platform governance.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Experience Cloud Consultant certifications are strongly preferred.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Associate certification.
