Job description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and work on enterprise client engagements. You will collaborate with client business and technology teams, contribute to real software projects, and develop your skills in AI-assisted development, working at the intersection of software and AI, where demand is growing fastest.
All new engineers begin with our 4-week FDE Foundations program at no cost to you. It is hands-on, designed to sharpen your technical skills and AI fluency on real tools before your first client engagement so you come out more capable and more marketable. Strong performers are selected for our paid training program, positioning them for placement on enterprise client projects upon graduation.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to software development projects for enterprise clients
- Write clean, maintainable code across the full stack
- Apply AI and GenAI tools to improve development speed and quality
- Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with a team of engineers in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of software development experience
- Strong full-stack background in Java or Python
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholders
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Open to relocation anywhere in the US (role is virtual to start; relocation will be required based on client placement, specific location not known at time of hire)

- Starting compensation $60,000, increasing to $100,000 upon client placement
