Client is in need of an onsite Systems Analyst, comfortable with basic Windows / Active Directory troubleshooting, software, networking, working with non-technical workers for things like password resets, troubleshooting network-based software on the shop floor, PC/desktop deployments, etc. Lots of automated processing and pulling data collection off of shop floor machines.
-Candidate needs to have good communication skills, working with end users for break fix and troubleshooting in Windows environments.
-any experience with multi-factor authentication, basic understanding of how file transfers work or Linux would be purely bonus.
-Will be 50/50 shopfloor and office environment
Must:
-Onsite 5 days/week in Clyde, NY
-Minimum 1-2 years in Windows environment
-Strong Troubleshooting/customer facing support skills
