Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and managing business and data requirements across projects. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while supporting testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities., * Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and data requirements for ongoing and new projects

• Analyze business models, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure effective communication
• Understand project vision, scope, and objectives for new systems, services, and software solutions
• Support testing, implementation, and production support phases of the project lifecycle
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for business decision-making
• Gather customer feedback through surveys, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost optimization
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in Business and Data Analysis
