Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM solutions, ensuring seamless HR operations and payroll processing. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors EC and ECP solutions Configure and maintain Employee Central, including organizational structures, workflows, and business rules Manage and support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) operations, including payroll processing, schemas, and integrations Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements Design and implement HR business processes aligned with best practices Perform system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment support Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EC and ECP Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with HR regulations Support data migration and integration activities between SAP and third-party systems Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
Requirements
15+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Strong experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and support Good understanding of HR processes such as payroll, time management, and employee lifecycle Experience in integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, middleware, or APIs) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (EC * ECP, third-party systems) Knowledge of on-prem SAP HCM and hybrid landscapes Prior experience in global payroll implementations SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC/ECP) are a plus
