AI-Driven Product Development

• Design, build, and maintain applications that leverage AI to enhance decision-making and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable impact.
• Deliver scalable, production-grade solutions incorporating generative AI and agent-based workflows.

Full Stack Engineering

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems using technologies such as Python, Java/Node.js, and React.
• Build and integrate applications on enterprise platforms, including Salesforce.
• Design APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support seamless system integration.

AI & Platform Engineering

• Develop and manage AI-native systems using frameworks such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and LangChain.
• Implement intelligent workflows with human-in-the-loop capabilities, monitoring, and governance controls.
• Ensure continuous improvement of AI models through monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization.

DevOps & Operational Excellence

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
• Monitor application and model performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and design both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain high-quality engineering practices aligned with enterprise requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong full-stack background.
• Proven experience building applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and React; familiarity with Java or TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern development frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, and SageMaker.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data analysis techniques.
