Job description

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a 10-month hybrid contract engagement in Coppell, TX (requiring 3 days onsite weekly). Operating within a sophisticated Mortgage Servicing domain, the incumbent will leverage strong .NET and Angular expertise to deliver enterprise-wide software solutions. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of optimizing distributed architectures, leading code reviews to mitigate technical debt, and building AI-driven features for next-generation inquiry management and call center automation platforms., ??Conceptualize, design, program, test, implement, and deploy scalable, high-quality full-stack applications using Angular, .NET, and C#.

??Architect and refine secure RESTful APIs and optimized SQL Server database solutions that integrate seamlessly with legacy and cloud-hosted enterprise systems.

??Drive technical excellence by performing comprehensive code reviews, establishing strict coding standards, and proactively minimizing technical debt.

??Independently apply advanced problem-solving skills to investigate, research, and establish root-cause resolution for complex system issues.

??Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to accelerate project velocity, maximize team productivity, and guarantee timely deliverables.

??Support modern digital transformation initiatives by contributing to Artificial Intelligence engineering workloads, specifically supporting Inquiry Management and Call Center Agent Assist tooling.

Requirements

Primary (Must-Have):

??Angular & Frontend Web Development

??.NET Framework / .NET Core & C#

??SQL Server & Relational Database Design

??RESTful API Development & Integration

??8+ years of hands-on, enterprise-level Full-Stack development experience

Secondary (Good to Have):

??Mortgage Servicing or broader Fintech industry domain expertise

??Azure Cloud Services & VSTS / Azure DevOps CI/CD tools

??Agile/Scrum methodologies & structured SDLC workflows
