Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a consulting practitioner
  • Minimum of 3 years of Change Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Public Service Industry experience

Bonus points if:

  • At least 3 years' experience working as a consultant on field impacting implementations
  • At least 5 years' experience working as a consultant on SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and/or Maximo
  • At least 5 years' experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
  • Change Analytics
  • Change Tracking
  • Change Management
  • Design Thinking
  • Change Capability Development
  • Agile Change Management
  • You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes
  • You're familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics
