7-8 years of overall IT experience
4-5 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and/or React Native development
Strong experience building, enhancing, and maintaining web and mobile applications
Expertise in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end development best practices
Experience with Redux for state management
