Job description

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional (1-3 years experience) who wants to build a career in data, analytics, and business intelligence. You'll gain hands-on experience working with modern data tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks, while supporting real business decisions across the organization.

You'll work closely with experienced analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, learning how to turn raw data into dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations that drive impact.

What You'll Do

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Support KPI tracking and business performance reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis for business teams

Data Analysis

  • Work with sales, customer, financial, and operational data
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data
  • Help translate findings into simple, clear business insights

Data & Pipeline Support

  • Assist with ETL/ELT data pipelines and data integration
  • Support data quality checks and troubleshooting issues
  • Help prepare and structure data for reporting and analytics

Cloud Data Platforms

  • Query datasets using SQL in Snowflake and/or Databricks
  • Support data preparation for dashboards and analysis
  • Help improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency

AI & Innovation Exposure

  • Support early-stage AI and automation initiatives
  • Participate in proof-of-concept analytics and AI projects
  • Learn how AI is used to improve reporting and decision-making

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work with business teams to understand reporting needs
  • Partner with senior analysts on analytics initiatives
  • Document data definitions and reporting processes
  • Learn best practices in analytics, BI, and data engineering

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong interest in data, analytics, and problem-solving
  • SQL knowledge
  • Excel and/or Power BI
  • Python
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Internship or project experience in analytics or BI
  • Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools
  • Interest in AI, automation, or modern data tools
