Job description
Provide computer support to internal and external users of the company's information systems. The scope of this position applies to all affiliated companies. Imaging and profiling laptops
Tablet deployment Provide user support to associates on all company owned equipment and all company implemented Information Systems, performed daily. Provide hardware troubleshooting services for all desktop PC's, laptop computers, Personal Digital Assistants, printers and other peripherals. Level 1 and 2 support Maintenance services for hardware Data transfer, backup & system installation for new computer equipment Provide productivity application software support to staff in the local & field offices Assist with software installation & customization for end users
Requirements
College Grad with an internship OR 1+ year of experience with imaging Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Windows imaging experience. HP, Dell Windows 10 and 11 and M365 People person with corporate professionalism
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Active Directory Healthcare experience Knowledge of Intune or Azure
