Job description

We're hiring a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience supporting enterprise-scale hybrid cloud environments. This role focuses on cloud operations, infrastructure support, automation, incident management, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Infrastructure/Cloud Operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure in hybrid environments
  • Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server administration skills
  • Experience with VMware/ESXi virtualization
  • Production support experience including incident management, RCA, patching, and SLA management
  • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or scripting
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred:

  • DevOps experience
  • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
