Requirements

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team., * Proven experience in system performance engineering, profiling, and performance optimization at scale with expertise in tools such as - LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Splunk

  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially and container services.
  • Deep understanding of Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, and distributed event-driven architecture.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud-native development, including Helm, service mesh and autoscaling.
  • Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, custom dashboards, synthetic monitoring, and AIOps.
  • Programming skills in Java, Python, PL/ SQL with exposure to Oracle DB, Mongo DB
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2+ years in healthcare technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, etc.) and security best practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 10 years of IT experience

Years of experience required for each skill: Minimum 5 years of experience on each skill level

Must-have" skills for this role:

  • Must Have: LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Java programming skills
