Support simulation and training engineering development projects.
Perform requirements analysis, software architecture design, systems integration, and software testing.
Manage full-life cycle software development activities and subcontractor performance.
Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.
Requires strong communications and technical writing skills., * Support full-life cycle engineering design and development activities for simulation and training programs.
Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, and architecture design.
Conduct systems integration, new product integration, and system testing.
Manage requirements derivation and allocation, integration planning, test, and verification.
Generate subcontract statements of work and oversee subcontractor performance.
Prepare and present engineering work products to internal teams and at program milestone reviews.
Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.

Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 2+ years
Total Compensation: $235k+ yearly (tentative), * Possess strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
Experience in a DoD environment and model-based systems engineering is preferred.
Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required.
Travel up to 15% may be required.
