- Troubleshooting technical challenges and guiding users step-by-step.
- Providing accurate information and clear guidance with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Working collaboratively within a dynamic, multicultural team and contributing to quality improvements.
Requirements
- Native-level Slovak and a strong command of English
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- Confidence with internet applications, browsers, and common tools like MS Office.
- Solid multitasking and typing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
- A valid work permit for Greece or EU nationality.
