Job description
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
- Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, Workflows, and Workspaces using UI Builder.
- Implement NowAssist and AgenticAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, UI Builder, and scripting and a proven ability to design and deliver scalable, maintainable platform solutions that enhance user and customer experiences., * 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- 8+ years of experience building enterprise software applications.
- Proficiency with UI Builder to design and configure scalable user interfaces and Workspaces.
- Hands-on development and implementation experience with NowAssist (GenAI) and AgenticAI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS or React for customizations.
- Experience with ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
- Ability to work in Agile or Scrum methodology with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).
