Job description
Seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive first-level technical assistance, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring high system performance and SLA compliance. In this role, you will manage equipment inventory, maintain vital technical documentation, and deliver hands-on onsite support-including lifting up to 50 lbs-and end-user training., Core Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical assistance and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Identify root causes of recurring issues and maintain a knowledge base.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Monitor system performance and prioritize support tickets to meet SLAs.

Contribute to IT upgrades and maintain technical documentation.

Manage equipment inventory and coordinate repairs.
Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years in tech support; retail or distribution environment experience is a plus.

Certifications: A+ certification is highly desirable.
