Lead Software Engineer (Java/React.js)

• Lead the Transportation team and assist team members
• Hands on development using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
• Build and review frontend solutions using React.js
• Design and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS)
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

We are looking for a remote, full-time Lead Engineer with 7+ years of full-stack development experience and a strong background in Java and React.js.

Primary duties include driving technical excellence, architecture, and team leadership across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI-driven initiatives. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to influence teams while aligning engineering execution with business goals., * Excellent English communication and teamwork skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead role
• 5+ years of experience using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Experience with MySQL (schema design, performance tuning)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, security, and scalability
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, APIs, or AI-enabled systems

Preferred Experience:

• Land/oil and gas industry experience
