Job description

This job supports the executive leadership of the Organization with a range of strategy activities essential to ensuring the Organization's goals. Provide analytical/strategic thinking and leadership support that enables project teams to isolate business issues, design and execute analytics for studying business issues (market research, scenario planning, forecasting, market share, profitability, etc.), develop technical content (competitive intelligence, market trend analysis), support development of formal recommendations to senior levels of organizational leadership, create documents (go-to-market or operational strategies, etc.) that inform critical strategic issues and decisions, support the planning, communication, and management of the enterprise strategy, and/or support the execution of enterprise strategic initiatives through a disciplined process and approach., * Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Contribution: Support leadership in developing and refining product strategy and roadmaps. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Requirements Definition & Backlog Management: Ensure accuracy and quality in requirement definition and backlog management executed by product management team
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Product Development & Launch:
  • Manage product development process across portfolio of products. Support the product management team as they facilitate the process for their individual products within the portfolio. Ensure quality and strategic foresight across the portfolio
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and understand their needs. Participate in user testing and other research activities.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate effectively with the product management team. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare sector and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

This role also requires demonstrated experience leveraging member engagement and interaction history data sourced from hybrid channels (voice, text, digital, print, etc.), coupled with robust data management and data product expertise, to drive personalization, improve administrative efficiency, and facilitate seamless omnichannel experiences across the organization.

A core component of this role includes the ability to ideate and sequence innovative data products, build comprehensive data needs roadmaps aligned with business objectives, and rigorously evaluate data quality, accuracy, and availability requirements., Required

  • 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field
  • 3 years of Leadership Experience

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques.
  • Customer-centric mindset., * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Pay Range Minimum:

$108,600.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$180,600.00
