Back End Engineer H/F

We are seeking a Software Engineer/Back end Engineer to join our Core Backend Team, focusing on the [SSP/DSP]. This role is oriented backend and involves building and maintaining distributed systems at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions andensure the reliability and stability of our platform. Why you'll love this role

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go

• Build and optimize distributed systems to support high-volume,low-latency auctions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders including WebExperience (ad renderingand performance), InApp, DevOps, and Product teams.

• Ensure reliability and stability through well-defined SLIs and SLOs.

• Participate in architectural discussions and influence long-term technical direction.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies: 2-week sprints, daily standups, grooming,retrospectives, and reviews.

• Monitor and maintain system health using Grafana and Prometheus.

• Work within the AWS ecosystem to ensure scalable and securedeployments.

• Tech Stack: Go, Python, Lua, C/C++, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka,DynamoDB, SQL, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus

3-5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong backendfocus.

• Hands-on experience with Go or willingness to become proficient.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and best practices for reliability andscalability.
• Familiarity with SLI/SLO concepts and performance monitoring, memoryand cpu profiling, caching.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work acrossengineering, DevOps, and product teams.
• AdTech experience is a plus, but not required (we'll help you ramp up), postgraduate degree EducationalOccupationalCredential bachelor degree EducationalOccupationalCredential associate degree
