Job description

As a Senior Account Manager/New Business at Strawberry Global Technology, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, offering them tailored IT solutions and services that align with their unique needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of IT solutions, an interest in emerging technologies such as AI solutions, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets., Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and technology needs.

Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions and services to existing clients.

New Business Development:

Prospect and target new business opportunities in alignment with the company's growth strategy.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.

Create and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

Solution Consultation:

Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the value proposition of IT solutions and services.

Develop and present customized IT solutions to clients, addressing their specific business challenges.

Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry developments.

Sales Target Achievement:

Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Contract Negotiation and Closure:

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms and agreements.

Close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress against targets.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Proven experience in IT sales, account management, and new business development, preferably in a Value Added Reseller (VAR) or IT solutions environment.

Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
