Job description

  • Work closely with an experienced IT Manager
  • Broad, hands-on role across infrastructure, support & projects
  • Stable, established business environment

What you'll be doing:

This is a varied, hands-on IT role where no two days are the same. You will:

  • Deliver first-line support across hardware, software, printers and user systems
  • Support more complex technical issues and specialist systems
  • Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and software

Work on:

  • Network infrastructure (switches, TCP/IP, VoIP)
  • Server environments and backups
  • Disaster recovery processes
  • Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement
  • Train and support users to get the best from systems
  • You'll be trusted to take ownership and make a real impact on how IT supports the business.
