We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on IT services Manager to take absolute ownership of our technology ecosystem.

From spearheading cloud migrations and executing a 3-5 year strategic roadmap to hardening our clients cyber security posture, you will have the autonomy to shape how our entire organisation works, connects, and grows.

Your Mission:
Strategic Leadership & Project Delivery
- Partner with the Finance & Operations Manager and the Senior Management Team (SMT) to design and execute a visionary 3-5 year ICT roadmap that fuels organisational growth.
- Act as the ultimate internal consultant, providing expert technical advice to executive leadership and steering future tech investments.
- Mastermind new IT initiatives from inception, planning, and execution through to completion and review.
- Accelerate the adoption of bleeding-edge, cloud-based tools to elevate daily workflow, collaboration, and operational efficiency across the business.
Team Mentorship & People Operations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated ICT team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
- Establish a collaborative, solution-led environment where the team can thrive, grow, and confidently tackle day-to-day challenges.
Infrastructure, Cyber Security & Resilience
- Manage, maintain, and scale our network and server infrastructure to ensure exceptional performance, high availability, and rapid disaster recovery.
- Take the lead on our cyber security posture-proactively identifying risks, maintaining robust anti-virus/anti-malware systems, and implementing best-in-class security controls.
- Design and maintain flawless backup systems and disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in any scenario.
- Administer and optimise our Microsoft 365 tenant, including identity management, licencing, policy configuration, and tenant compliance.
- Keep our integrated facilities tech running smoothly, including CCTV, VoIP telephony, secure printing, access control, and biometric systems.
Commercial & Vendor Management:
- Own the day-to-day ICT budget alongside the Finance & Operations Manager, tracking expenditure and optimizing spend.
- Direct the procurement of hardware, software, and services, writing precise specifications and negotiating fiercely to guarantee maximum value for money.
- Act as our primary liaison and technical point of contact with external vendors, suppliers, ISPs, and managed service providers.
Requirements
Do you have experience in VoIP?, * A track record of successfully managing, inspiring, and scaling IT/ICT teams.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure, and complex Microsoft 365 enterprise deployments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of modern cyber security protocols, threat mitigation, and disaster recovery strategy.
- Experience delivering multi-layered IT projects on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Comfortable handling budgets, managing software licencing audits, and negotiating service-level agreements (SLAs).
- The rare ability to translate complex jargon into clear, actionable insights for board members, Trustees, and non-technical staff.
