Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and modern front-end architecture
- Collaborate with UX/CX designers to translate mockups and wireframes into clean, accessible, and scalable UI components
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to solid front-end engineering principles and industry best practices
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance across various devices and platforms
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile framework, including pipeline planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end data flow
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end code to improve application speed, usability, and scalability
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience with React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js
- 2+ years of experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Axios for data fetching and integration
- 2+ years of experience with core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- 1+ years of experience writing front-end unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress), * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience utilizing modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other enterprise-approved coding assistants) to accelerate development and optimize code quality
- Experience integrating and working with web analytics and user tracking platforms (such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Tealium) to capture and interpret user behavior and engagement data
- Experience working with front-end performance analytics and monitoring tools (such as Lighthouse or Core Web Vitals) to drive optimization
- Experience working with design tools (such as Figma) to review and translate design mockups into functional UI components
- Experience writing query scripts and working with relational databases (such as SQL)
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm, yarn)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control using Git
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design principles
- Experience working in a healthcare technology or large-scale corporate environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and detail-oriented UI delivery

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
