The Imagine team is a growing company, and we are inviting a motivated Jr. Systems Administrator to join our talented team! The Jr. Systems Administrator will assist in building and delivering the infrastructure to enable both our and our clients success. This role is a key position that will ensure our infrastructure has optimal performance, the highest level of security, and the best technical solutions in supporting our clients and the Imagine team!, * Work in ticketing queue to resolve internal and client IT requests according to set department response times at direction or under supervision.
- Assist, as directed, in IT projects as assigned such as server migrations, networking upgrades, and special projects.
- Assist, as directed, in the management and maintenance of Active Directory, Group Policies, and Organizational Units.
- Assist, as directed, in the management and maintenance and support of Azure Tenants.
- Assist, as directed, in supported of MS Windows Server Operating Systems on physical and virtual operating environments.
- Assist, as directed, in hardware and software technology refreshes.
- Assist, as directed, in the management and maintenance of FTP and sFTP processes and environments.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and on time.
- Work independently with coworkers to research problems and find solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Prior experience with supporting an internal network infrastructure is required for success in this role. We are an innovative company that evolves quickly, so come ready to learn & provide solutions at a fast pace!, * Minimum of two-year degree from accredited college or university in IT-related field or technical school completion equivalent, * Knowledge of computing hardware including SAN and NAS devices as well as virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and/or VMWare).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environments, both Windows Servers and Desktops/Laptops.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Services, and Web Server services (IIS), and file transfer protocol and secure file transfer protocol (FTP and sFTP).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other Domain Level functions.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure including switches and firewalls.
- Detail oriented.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written

- Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Occasional nights and weekends will be required. Up to 5% travel may be required.
