Job description
This isn't a sit-at-your-desk-all-day role-you'll be supporting a variety of environments, gaining exposure to different technologies, and splitting your time between troubleshooting issues and onsite installs.
This position is primarily onsite/in-office in Manitowoc, WI, with some flexibility for occasional remote work., * Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues across phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot a range of issues, including:
- Password resets in Active Directory
- Office 365 support
- Printer, connectivity, and workstation issues
- Set up and configure new users, laptops, and desktops
- Document all work clearly in ticketing systems
- Escalate more complex issues when needed, while maintaining ownership of the issue through resolution
Field Work & Installations:
- Travel to support onsite needs within a local radius
- Install and configure IT equipment, including servers, switches, firewalls, and network racks
- Set up TVs, monitors, cameras, and other hardware
- Run and terminate Cat6 cabling as part of installations

Requirements
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk environments
- Level 1: Entry-level with foundational technical experience
- Level 2: More experienced, with the ability to handle escalations and more complex troubleshooting. Exposure to networking, infrastructure, or endpoint management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across:
- Windows environments
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Comfortable working both at a desk and in the field
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing presence
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manitowoc, WI. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
