CLOUD DEVELOPER

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Developer to support a mission-critical federal program focused on cloud modernization, application deployment, and national security initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role centered on building and maintaining scalable AWS-based solutions using modern infrastructure automation and containerized deployment practices. Your work will directly support secure system delivery, operational readiness, and enterprise cloud transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-native applications and infrastructure within a secure, Agile-driven environment., Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and infrastructure within AWS environments Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation and Terraform Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated build, test, and deployment processes Implement serverless and event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda Support application deployment, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure scalable and reliable cloud deployments Support model and application deployment within cloud-based environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud infrastructure, applications, and pipelines Optimize system performance, scalability, and availability in distributed systems Contribute to secure cloud practices, monitoring, and system reliability

Active Top Secret clearance Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform) Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Experience deploying and managing applications using Docker containers Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures Experience with cloud-based application or model deployment Strong understanding of modern cloud development and DevOps practices Experience working in Agile / DevSecOps environments, Experience supporting large-scale or distributed cloud environments Experience supporting systems in secure or regulated environments (DoD or federal programs) Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience in cloud environments

Fully onsite at Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL) Monday-Friday within standard core business hours Secure facility requiring strict adherence to security protocols Fast-paced, mission-focused cloud development environment Direct collaboration with DevOps, software, and infrastructure teams
