Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our logistics team! In this vital role, you will oversee inventory control, optimize warehouse distribution processes, and ensure seamless supply chain operations.   • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as SAP or AS400, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to monitor stock movements and identify discrepancies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on inventory variances or supply chain disruptions to implement effective process improvements.
  • Participate within shipping & receiving operations, including order fulfillment, materials handling, and heavy lifting tasks with forklift certification when applicable.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, merchandising, and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs using supply chain analytics and demand planning tools.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse workflows, implementing best practices in stocking and materials management, and leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain management solutions (enterprise solutions)?, * Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain management within a fast-paced distribution environment.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Suite, and Inventory Management systems.
  • Background in Military, and or security services.
  • A Strong understanding of Tradable Card Games and Collectables in general including Funko, Lego, Comics, and E-coin based tradable.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AS400 is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, category management, and supplier management strategies.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions for supply chain issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory tracking and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, 3PL (third-party logistics), and materials handling.
