Job description

Arcadia is seeking a Full-Stack Applications Developer to support the development and operations and maintenance of systems that streamline operations, automate processes, and align customer solutions with the broader digital architecture. Target Salary Range: $240,000 - $255,000., Description: The developer will build and maintain web services, APIs, and database-connected applications while collaborating with technical stakeholders to ensure future technology plans align with customer architecture. The developer will use XML, JSON, or other customer standards for data transfer and metadata management. They will also develop software applications as web services, primarily using Java. They will also need to work with Node.js, Angular with TypeScript, Spring Boot with Hibernate and messaging, Java/Groovy on Grails, or scripting languages. The developer with develop, upgrade, and maintain APIs and REST-like interfaces.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain applications that interact with Postgres, MySQL, relational databases, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
  • Experience working with relational and MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java and Python.
  • Implement and maintain APIs for integration between systems.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
  • Experience with microservices, Angular front-end development, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Agile environments.
