Job description
The Enterprise File Coordinator is responsible for file management and data entry through the entire appraisal process in. This position reports to the Vice President, Client Services and Valuation. Specific responsibilities include communication with clients and appraisers throughout the appraisal process, exception management, problem solving accurate data entry and delivery of the completed appraisal to the client., The responsibilities of the Enterprise File Coordinator include:
75% File Coordination:
- Negotiate with appraisers as necessary to ensure expenditure is maximized.
- Follow up with appraiser throughout the appraisal process (at placement, for inspection date, to confirm inspection, to confirm delivery of appraisal) to ensure timely completion of file.
- Collaborate with appraisers to address and resolve appraiser service delivery issues and determine resolution on a per file basis.
- Follow client specific instructions for delivery of final appraisals, review, and invoice.
- Provide additional communication on activity to clients and appraisers through phone and e-mail.
- Function as a member of an Operations team while managing an individual caseload of files.
- Utilize procurement methodology to purchase real estate appraisals from Worths' network of independent contractors.
15% Database Management:
- Keep internal operating system (and client websites if applicable) updated with proper dates and legible/detailed notes.
- Transfer information from client operating systems to WVS' operating system.
- Monitor daily reports and system-generated tasks as a desk management tool.
- Complete Appraiser Performance Ratings and provide detailed commentary on supplier performance.
10% Other:
- Participate in special projects and assist with special client requests as required.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Valuation experience within real estate industry?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education- bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- Required Experience- 2+ years' experience in relocation, banking, or customer service field.
- Other Required Skills and Abilities: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; excellent phone presence. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and work under deadlines. Focused, customer service driven and meticulous. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Some experience with AI systems such as CoPilot is preferred., * relocation: 2 years (Preferred)
