What You'll Do Day-To-Day:
- Receives, prioritizes and resolves technical support requests using the organization's ticketing system while meeting SLA expectations.
- Creates, modifies and audits user accounts across multiple systems and internal applications.
- Assigns and adjusts user roles, group memberships and application entitlements following least privilege and security policies.
- Configures desk phones, softphones, voicemail, call routing; troubleshoots VoIP or united communication issues.
- Responds to security related tickets including phishing reports, suspicious activity, MFA issues and access violations.
- Updates knowledge base articles, SOPs and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
- Provides clear and professional communication to end users and maintains a positive support experience.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field with a minimum of 0 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of information systems, business processes and success factors for the business.
- Knowledge of ITIL Fundamentals.
- Ability to understand problem domain and acquire information rapidly.
- Ability to write clear and concise requirements.
- Competence in software and system technologies.
- Knowledge of process improvement processes and control methodologies. Problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Dental insurance, * Salary: $66,000-$86,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
