NOC Technician

TEKsystems is seeking a NOC Technician whos work will directly impact mission critical operations by ensuring systems stay secure, operational, and available worldwide.

• NOC / NOSC Support

What You'll Do:

• Provide Tier II support for systems, applications, and hardware issues.
• Perform STIGs, IAVA remediation, and system hardening.
• Support Active Directory (account creation, unlocking, access issues).
• Image systems and configure BIOS (SCCM / PXE boot).
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated help desk issues.
• Monitor, track, and resolve incidents in a NOC environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to restore services.
• Escalate complex issues and support continuous improvement.

Associate's Degree + 7+ years of IT experience

• Active TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with ability to get an SCI sponsored)
• Experience in NOC/NOSC environment
• Hands-on experience with imaging, AD, and system support
