Executive Role Start Up in Post Quantum Cryptography with Restricted Shares Compensation For the Fist 6 months

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief Cryptologist with a PHD and published work in PQC to lead our advanced cryptography and security research initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge encryption algorithms, oversee cryptographic system design, and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data across our global platforms. Your expertise will drive innovation in secure communications, data protection, and quantum-resistant solutions, shaping the future of cybersecurity in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Responsibilities

  • Lead research and development efforts to create innovative cryptographic algorithms, including those leveraging quantum engineering principles.
  • Design, implement, and optimize secure communication protocols utilizing machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MATLAB.
  • Oversee the integration of cryptographic solutions within complex software systems developed in languages like Python, C++, Java, C#, C, R, and MATLAB.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to apply AI techniques-including natural language processing, computer vision, and signal processing-to enhance security measures.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of cryptographic models through model training, data mining, and algorithm design to ensure robustness against emerging threats.
  • Stay at the forefront of research in unsupervised learning, quantum engineering, and other advanced fields to inform strategic security initiatives.
  • Manage a team of researchers and engineers focused on developing scalable solutions using Linux-based environments and cloud platforms such as AWS for deployment and testing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Probability theory?, Do you have a Doctoral degree in mathematics?, * Extensive background in computer science with proven expertise in cryptography, machine learning, AI, and software development.

  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MATLAB for research & development purposes.
  • Strong knowledge of data mining techniques, algorithm design, signal processing, and model training methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience working with quantum engineering concepts or quantum-resistant cryptography is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, C#, R, C, MATLAB, along with familiarity with SQL for database management.
  • Prior leadership role overseeing research teams focused on cryptography or cybersecurity projects involving complex algorithm design.
  • Ability to operate within Linux environments efficiently while leveraging cloud services like AWS for scalable computing needs.
