Strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting mindset

• Proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems

• Experience with imaging and deploying PCs

• Ability to work cross-functionally with various IT teams

• Knowledge of ticketing systems or IT tools

• Familiarity with remote support for sales and service teams

• Ability to quickly resolve issues related to password problems, software installations, and setting up new devices

• Knowledge of server-based imaging applications to properly configure and update laptops

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different systems, including Android and iOS

• Collaborate with various IT teams to resolve complex issues

• Assist with PC deployments at the remote facility

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2 or 3 years of relevant experience, potentially with help desk background

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end users and IT teams

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of McConnellsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
