- Deliver endtoend BPM solutions on the IBM BPM platform
- Design and implement advanced business workflows and integrations with enterprise applications Salesforce ServiceNow D365 SAP Oracle and thirdparty SaaS
- Develop APIs and connectors for databases file systems and cloud services
- Ensure security and compliance through robust protocols TLS OAuth 20 SAML
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee code reviews maintain documentation and enforce coding standards
- Drive automation process optimization and continuous improvement
- Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative team culture
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI development?, * Expertise in IBM BPM and BPMN 20
- The skillsets needed are IBM BPM w human tasksNET UI
- IBM Integration Designer Proficiency in using IBM Integration Designer to create integration logic for invoking and exposing services
- ServiceOriented Architecture SOA Strong understanding of SOA principles and the ability to design and implement SOAbased solutions
- Business Process Execution Language BPEL Experience in developing BPEL processes using the business process editor in IBM Integration Designer
- Data Transformation Skills in defining business objects and creating maps to transform data between different formats
- EclipseBased Development Familiarity with the Eclipse development environment as IBM Integration Designer is an Eclipsebased tool
- Strong experience in workflow automation business rules management and API development RESTSOAP XML JSON
- Familiarity with DevOps tools GitHub Maven Jenkins Docker Postman
- Experience with database and messaging system integration JMS MQ and cloud services
- Background in global deployments and enterprisegrade system integration
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and monitoring tools
- Handson experience with insurance domain applications

- Exposure to Java Spring Boot or NET for custom integrations
